Gary Rabine’s introduction to asphalt paving happened in the late 1970’s while working for a friend of the family in Northern Illinois. In 1981, upon his high school graduation, Gary focused all of his energy on his growing passion for paving and pavement maintenance.
In 1993, Rabine Paving completed two million dollars in total sales with 10 employees. A year later the company began working for a large facilities management company who challenged them to take on larger projects and travel outside of their normal geographic market. In the year 2000 the company expanded and exceeded six million dollars in sales and pavement consulting and engineering was built to serve our preferred facilities managers more efficiently.
