pavement maintenance
SEALCOATING/STRIPING/CRACKSEALING
Asphalt pavement is designed to be a flexible surface made from tar emulsion. Premature aging can be caused by oxidation if the pavement is left un-sealed ie. (Skin will lose elasticity without sun block). Sealcoated pavements will last 30-50% longer than pavements that are left unsealed.

When designed properly, pavement markings will create a safe environment and create organization that is critical to a successful business.

Sealing cracks reduces pavement deterioration by eliminating surface water penetration into underlying base and subgrade.

MICROSURFACING
Microsurfacing is a polymer modified cold mix paving system formulated to remedy a broad range of pavement surface problems when sealcoating is of no value and a conventional overlay is cost prohibitive.

INFRARED PATCHING
With infrared technology, Rabine Paving America can create a seamless patch by reheating the existing pavement.

CATCH BASIN AND UNDERDRAINS
Excessive moisture on a pavement or under a pavement will cause accelerated deterioration. Rabine Paving America puts great importance on the ability to identify catch basin and ground water problems and even more attention to detail about installing, repairing or redesigning these systems.
